We provide Ambition Enterpise including SAP Business One to you as a fully managed in-cloud service. Access to our service can be via a range of devices, and some tasks can carried out by users that are using Cached data and working offline. Being able to access the same systems from anywhere gives your organisation a number of benefits.
For any business with multiple sites, whether offices, warehouses, or any kind of location, all users in all locations are accessing the same live systems and have access to the same information. For example if a credit controller puts a customer on stop in the head office, that status is immediately visible to staff in the distribtuion centre no matter where it is.
Increasingly businesses are supporting users working from home when they need to, allowing them to balance the demands of their professional and family lives. There is no difference in access to or use of information for users in different locations, including users at home.
If you have users that need to access and update information on the move this is no challenge for Ambition Enterpise including SAP Business One. Many functions in SAP Business One can be carried out using the mobile application. When using a tablet with a larger screen size access to the full client is available (and if you have a bluetooth keyboard connected to your tablet you are equipped to be as productive as you are in the office.) Ambition Forms can also be used to extend business processes to more users in more locations.
If you have a problem with your offices (perhaps your Internet connection has failed, there's been a flood, or the emergency services have blocked access to the building) your users can connect from elsewhere and have access to everything. For many of our customers that would mean having staff work from home for as long as required.
